Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold
Comments: The mold removal was prompt and through
which included removing a large part of the kitchen ceiling. The
replacement of the ceiling which took several days for the joint
compound and sanding to be completed when finished was excellent
and paint ready. The unique electro-chemical machines left a
clean smelling house to compliment an excellent job.

BIOSWEEP provides safe, cost-effective decontamination services for a wide range of services including permanent eradication of indoor odor within all environments along with eradication of pathogens including Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Clostridium difficile - more commonly known as C.diff, and fungi, fine particulate matter such as aerosols, smoke, fumes, dust, ash and pollen, and volatile organic compounds.
Mold Remediation | What we do for you
We Remove all contaminated drywall and
insulation exposing the base plates and studs in the garage closet
walls and ceiling. along with part of the inside laundry room wall
to get access to the drywall behind the HVAC.
We then Treat with peroxide based Moldicide ( This product soaks into all porous material and foams all organic material to the surface, strips it down to a cellular level and eradicates it), Then seal all surfaces with an antimicrobial sealer to prevent moisture from penetrating the surface and prevent mold from growing on the surface. Replace with new insulation and green board (mold resistant sheet rock). Tape, bed, texture and paint.
Deploy BioSweep 700's with HEPA filters to effectively eliminate mold spores left on the surfaces and Air in the entire house.(I will turn the air 30 times through the machines)
This process called photo catalytic oxidation is designed to strip down all carbon based molecules to a cellular level (including Mold Spores) and eradicate them. BioSweep technology pulls ambient air through a Hydroxyl Radical Sterilization Chamber that kills all airborne contaminates then converts the air to a peroxide vapor, this vapor is the oxidizing agent that kills all surface contaminates on the walls, carpets, ceiling counter tops, etc. It will disinfect the entire house creating a green environment. It is chemical free and environmentally safe.
